Security Policy: How do you keep my information safe?
South Park City cares about your security. The SouthParkCity.org
website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse
and alteration of the information under our control. Every purchase
you make at outhParkCity.org is safe. Our website uses Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard for secure commerce
transactions to transmit your credit card information over the
Internet.
Our website protects your personal information in the following ways:
- Secure Order Form: During
the check out process, when you are asked for your credit card
information to pay for your order, your credit card information
is communicated over the internet in an encrypted method of
communication using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This means
your credit card number is scrambled during the transaction
process, so that the information cannot be read as it travels
over the Internet. You will know that the page is encrypted
by the following:
Our
secure pages carry the VeriSign Seal (similar
to the image at the right), certifying that our website
provider participates in the VeriSign Secured Seal program.
VeriSign is a third-party company that has become a trusted "Internet
Standard" in authenticating e-commerce hosting providers.
- Most web-browsers will also notify you that a page
is secure in different ways. Most browsers will notify
you as you enter and leave a secure page. Also when on
a secure page, most browsers will display a "padlock" icon,

which lets you know that the information on the current
page is secure.
- Secure Data Storage: Any
sensitive information such as your South Park City account
password are stored on our secure servers in an encrypted format
to further protect your information. Depending on the order
approval method we use for the products you order, your credit
card info may or may not be stored on our servers. For your
protection however, your credit card info is NEVER stored with
your account information on our servers. If a product's payment
approval method requires it, your credit information for a
specific order may be temporarily stored in an encrypted and
secure orders database on our server. We frequently purge (delete)
the credit card numbers on processed orders to further protect
your information.

South Park City cares about your privacy. Any information you submit to us
on SouthParkCity.org will never be sold, shared or provided to any other
party without your express permission.

- Cookies
Your browser must accept "cookies" in order
for the online shopping features of our website to work. A "cookie" does
NOT tell us who you are, your email address, or any other
personal information.

- IP Addresses
We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to
administer our Website. Your IP address is used by the server to help
tell individual users of the website apart and to gather broad demographic
information in the interest of improving our site and service. It does
not give us your email address or any other personal information.
- Order Form & Customer Registration
Form
To place an order on AnglersJunction.com requires users
to "Register" with our store. Registration
requires users to give us contact information, (like their name,
e-mail address and mailing address,) so that we can place their
order and contact them if necessary to fulfill their order. This
information is not sold or provided to any other party.
So that users do not have to re-enter this information every time they
visit, a user's basic contact info and website preferences are stored on
our secure servers. As mentioned in our Security
Policy, this information is protected both during transmission
and storage. Sensitive credit card information is kept separate from other
personal information, is encrypted, and is never stored for long periods.
A customer's contact information is only used to contact the user when
necessary.
- Business Partners
This web site may contains links to other web sites. South Park City is
not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Websites.
- Online Surveys and Contests
From time to time, we may conduct online surveys to help us better understand
and serve the needs of our customers. We may use contact data from our
surveys to send the user information about our company. The customer's
contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary.
Users may opt-out of receiving future e-mails. See the Opt In/Opt Out
section below.
- Security

- Opt In / Opt Out
When a visitor Registers for an account on the web site,
the user may be asked whether or not they want to receive
the SouthParkCity.org Newsletter of specials, discounts an
announcements. If
you are getting promotional email from us and would like to
be taken off our list: simply log
in to your SouthParkCity.org account, un-check the Newsletter
link in your account preferences, and save your changes. If
you want to be taken off our direct mail list, please call
us at 719-836-2387 or send us an email. Please be reassured
that we never sell, share, or otherwise give out any mail or
email addresses to other vendors.

How do I place an order?
- To view product information: browse
our products by clicking on the various category & sub-categories
to see the different products. When you find a product that
interests you, click the More Details button (
)
next to a product.
- Choose a product option (if any): On the
product details screen. Select product options desired (if
any) by selecting the option from the drop down box, or entering
your option in the box provided.
- To select a product for purchase: Press
the Add to Cart button (
).
This will take you to your online "shopping cart" and
will display the items you have currently placed in your cart.
- To change the quantity of a product: On
your Shopping Cart page, enter the quantity desired in the
quantity box next to the product, then click the Recalculate
button (
)
to display the new price.
- To check out and place your order: If you
are not already on your Shopping Cart page, click on the View
Cart menu item (on the left-side of all pages) or the View
Cart tab (at the top of all pages). Then click the Check Out
button (
).
- Register or Log In to your Customer Account: When
you check out, you will be asked to Register or Log In to your
Customer Account. See the How
do I Register for a Customer Account? help topic if you
have questions on this area.
- Verify / Enter Address Info: After registering,
you will be asked to verify your Customer/Billing Address.
At this step, you will also be asked if order is to use a different
Shipping Address, the Payment Type you want to use, if you
have a Discount or Gift Certificate Code, and you will have
an opportunity to enter comments or special instructions to
Anglers Junction. Click the Continue Button.
- Shipping Info: If you specified a different
shipping address in the previous step, you will first be asked
for the shipping address. The shipping options and costs for
your order will then be displayed. Click the Continue Button.
- Order Summary: a complete display of your
order, shipping destination, price and total are then displayed
for your review. Click the Continue Button.
- Payment/Place Order: You will be taken to
a secure page for entering your credit card information for
payment of your order. Click the Continue Button to place your
order.
- Confirmation: A confirmation screen will
appear to show that your order has been submitted. You can
print a full receipt from this page. You will also receive
an email confirmation to the email address you used when registering
for your account. Further emails will be sent when your order
is processed and shipped.

How do I redeem a Gift Certificate, Coupon or Discount Code?
If you have received a Gift Certificate or Coupon,
note the Discount Code. Add the products you want
to purchase to your Shopping Cart. Click the Check Out button.
After registering or logging in, you will be taken to the Address
step of the check out process. Near the bottom of the form
you will see a box labeled: Discount
or Gift Certificate Code. Enter
the code from your certificate, coupon or mailing, and your
discount will be applied and displayed later in the check out
process on the order Summary page.

How do I register for an Account?
Go to the New
Customer Registration form. Items marked with
an * are required to create your account. You will be asked
for Name & Email Address. You will be asked to create
a password for your Anglers Junction account. You must also
enter a billing address. If desired, you can opt in to the
Anglers Junction Specials newsletter. See the Privacy
Policy and Security
Policy help topics for information on how Anglers Junction
uses and protects your personal information.

How do I change my account Email Address, Password and other account
settings?
- Go to the Customer
Preferences page. If you are logged in,
this page will show your Account Menu.
Otherwise, you will first have to log in by entering
your email address, South Park City account password,
and then click the Log In button.
- Click the 'Modify Personal Information' link on
the Account Menu.

How do I check my Order Status?
- Go to the Customer
Preferences page. If you are logged in,
this page will show your Account Menu.
Otherwise, you will first have to log in by entering
your email address, South Park City account password,
and then click the Log In button.
- Click the 'View Previous Orders' link on the Account
Menu.
- Click the Order Details link next an order: for
all the information on an order, including its current status.

Return Policy: What if I need to Return an item?
- If you are not completely satisfied with
your order, please return your order within 30 days
of purchase for a full refund (excluding shipping
and handling charges) or exchange.
